Levocarnitine

For adults: In general, take 1.5 to 3 g of the active ingredient daily in 3 divided doses. The dosage may be adjusted according to your condition.
For children: In general, take 25 to 100 mg of the active ingredient per kilogram of the body weight daily in 3 divided doses. The dosage may be adjusted according to your condition.
