適應症

用法與用量
ABSSSI首個也是唯一的30分鐘一劑治療方案，可提供全程IV治療。
治療可以以1,500mg劑量或作為1000mg的雙劑量方案施用，隨後一周後加入500mg，每次給藥30分鐘。
它在體外對一系列革蘭氏陽性細菌如金黃色葡萄球菌（包括耐甲氧西林毒株）和化膿性鏈球菌以及某些其他鏈球菌屬物種表現出殺菌活性。
