This medicine is a long acting muscarinic receptor antagonist to improve respiratory function by dilating bronchi over a long time. It is designed to be routinely inhaled every day. therefore, it does not provide prompt relief of acute progression of the symptoms.It is usually used to induce a remission of symptoms caused by airway obstructive disorder in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (chronic bronchitis, emphysema).

Usage/Dosage
In general, for adults, inhale 1 capsule (50 mcg of the active ingredient) a time, once daily, with using special inhaler (Seebri Breezhaler) at a regular time every day. Strictly follow the instructions.
Never take the capsule orally; it should be used only for inhalation.
Take out the capsule from the aluminum package (blister package) immediately before using it.
Take care to prevent this medicine from getting into the eye. If conjunctival congestion, red eye due to corneal edema or eye pain occurs, see your ophthalmologist immediately.
If you missed a dose at the regular time, inhale a dose as soon as you remember. However, do not use it more than once daily. You should never take two doses at one time.
If you accidentally used more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not stop using this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.
Cautions
If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
If you have: angle-closure glaucoma, difficulty in urination due to prostate hypertrophy etc.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Keep out of the reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.
Discard the remainder. Do not store them.
Contraindication
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include dry mouth and difficulty in urination. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
palpitation, dizziness, syncope (faint) [atrial fibrillation]
