【主要成份】 曲尼司特。

【成 份】

  化学名：N-（3，4-二甲氧基肉桂酰）邻氨基苯甲酸

【性 状】 本品内容物为淡黄色或淡黄绿色颗粒或粉末。

【适应症/功能主治】 本品为抗变态反应药. 1、可用于支气管哮喘及过敏性鼻炎的预防性治疗； 2、用于治疗特应性皮炎； 3、用于治疗疤痕疙瘩、增生性疤痕。

【规格型号】 0.1g*24s

【用法用量】 口服。成人每日3次，每次1粒（0.1g）；儿童每日5mg/kg,分3次服用。

【不良反应】 1、肝脏：偶尔出现肝功能异常，需注意观察，可采取减量、停药等适当措施。 2、肾脏：偶尔可能出现BUN、肌酐的增高等，要仔细观察，确认有异常的时候应停止使用并适当处理。 3、泌尿系统：偶见膀胱刺激症状，应停止用药。 3、血液：可有红细胞数和血色素量下降。 5、胃肠：有时发现食欲缺乏，恶心、呕吐、腹痛、腹胀、便秘、腹泻、胃部不适，偶有胃部不消化感。 6、精神神经系统：头痛、嗜睡、偶尔头 重、失眠、头昏、全身疲倦感等症状。 7、过敏反应：皮疹，偶见全身痒等过敏症状，此时应 停药。 8、其它：偶见心悸、浮肿、 面部红晕、鼻出血、口腔炎等症状。

【禁 忌】 1、孕妇禁用。 2、对本产品成分过敏者禁用。

【注意事项】 1、本品能阻断过敏反应发生的环节，在哮喘好发季节前半月起服用，能起到预防作用。 2、本品不同于支气管舒张剂以及肾上腺皮质激素，对已经发作的哮喘症状，不能迅速起效。 3、本品可与其它平喘药并用，以本品作为基础处方药，有规则地服用。 4、激素依赖性患者使用本品时，激素用量应慢慢减少，不可突然停用。 5、肝、肾功能异常者慎用。

【药理毒理】 1、药理学 本品有稳定肥大细胞和嗜碱粒细胞的细胞膜作用，阻止其脱颗粒，从而抑制组胺、5-羟色胺过敏性反应物质的释放，对于IgE抗体引起的大白鼠皮肤过敏反应和实验性哮喘有抑制作用。 2、毒理学 动物实验可致畸胎。

【药代动力学】 临床药代动力学表明，给药后2～3小时，血药浓度达到峰值，半衰期为8.6小时左右，24小时明显降低，48小时后在检出限度之下。主要从尿中排出，体内代谢产物主要是曲尼司特的4位脱甲基与硫酸及葡萄糖醛酸的结合物。

Description

This medicine inhibits chemical mediator release to show antiallergic and anti-inflammatory effect. It also inhibits cytokine (TGF-β1) release to suppress collagen synthesis in fibroblast cell.It is usually used to treat bronchial asthma, allergic rhinitis, atopic dermatitis, keloid or hyperplastic scar.

This medicine inhibits chemical mediator release to show antiallergic and anti-inflammatory effect. It also inhibits cytokine (TGF-β1) release to suppress collagen synthesis in fibroblast cell.
It is usually used to treat bronchial asthma, allergic rhinitis, atopic dermatitis, keloid or hyperplastic scar.

Usage/Dosage

In general, for dosage regimen: For adults, take 1 capsule (100 mg of the active ingredient) at a time, 3 times a day. The dosage should be adjusted according to the disease, age or symptoms. Strictly follow the instructions of your doctor and pharmacist.
If you miss a dose, take a dose as soon as possible. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. You should never take two doses at one time.
If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.

Cautions

Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
If you are a patient with liver or kidney disorder.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)

Contraindication

The most commonly reported adverse reactions include nausea, abdominal pain, discomfort in stomach, loss of appetite, diarrhea, rash and frequent urination. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
-　urine frequency, pain on urination, hematuria [cystitis like symptoms]
-　general malaise, yellowing of skin or conjunctiva, loss of appetite [hepatic dysfunction, jaundice]
-　decrease of urine output, swelling in hand or feet [renal dysfunction]
-　fever, gum bleeding, bleeding from nose [leukopenia, thrombocytopenia]
The above symptoms do not describe all the adverse reactions to this medicine. Consult with your doctor or pharmacist if you notice any symptoms of concern other than those listed above.
