用法/用量

 

一般来说，对于成年人，每次服用1片（1 MU活性成分），每日3次。严格按照说明操作。

如果您错过了剂量，请尽快服用错过的剂量。如果几乎是下一次剂量的时间，请跳过错过的剂量并遵循您的常规给药时间表。你不应该一次服用两剂。

【作用与用途】

其抗菌谱及临床应用与多粘菌素E相似，对革兰阴性杆菌，如大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、副大肠杆菌、肺炎克雷白杆菌、嗜酸杆菌、百日咳杆菌及痢疾杆菌等有抑制或杀菌作用。临床上主要用于敏感菌引起的感染及绿脓杆菌引起的泌尿系统感染、脑膜炎、败血症、烧伤感染以及皮肤粘膜感染等。

【剂量与用法】

口服，成人100mg～200mg/次，3～4次/日；儿童每日10mg～20mg/kg，分4次。肌注或静注，成人50mg～100mg/日，分2～3次；儿童每日1.5mg～2.5mg/kg，分3～4次。

【副作用】

1 口服或局部给药不良反应小，因不能吸收，无刺激。大剂量可有胃肠道反应如恶心、呕吐及腹泻。

2 大剂量可引起肾脏损害及神经系统功能紊乱，如口腔周围麻木及水肿，严重者可招致呼吸抑制。

It is usually used for sterilization of the intestinal tract. Not effective against fungal/virus infection.

Usage/Dosage

In general, for adults, take 1 tablet (1 MU of the active ingredient) at a time, 3 times a day. Strictly follow the instructions.
If you miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as possible. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and follow your regular dosing schedule. You should never take two doses at one time.
If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.

Cautions

Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
If you have: renal disorder accompanied by enteropathy or intestine disorder.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)

Keep out of reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.
Discard the remainder. Do not store them.
