【药品名称】

通用名称：色甘酸钠滴鼻液
英文名称：Sodium Cromoglicate Nasal Drops

【成份】

每毫升含色甘酸钠20毫克。辅料为：玻璃酸钠、硼砂、依地酸二钠、甘油，防腐剂（苯扎溴铵）。

【适应症】

用于防治过敏性鼻炎。

【用法用量】

滴鼻。成人一次5～6滴，一日5～6次；儿童一次2～3滴，一日3～4次。对于季节性患者，在易发季节应提前2～3周使用。

【不良反应】

可见鼻刺痛、烧灼感、喷嚏、头痛、嗅觉改变，罕见鼻出血、皮疹等过敏反应。

【禁忌】

对本品过敏者禁用。

【注意事项】

1.应按推荐方法用药。2.使用后应将瓶盖盖好，避免瓶口污染。3.用药前应清洁鼻腔。4.如出现不良反应，立即停药，并咨询医师或药师。5.当本品性状发生改变时禁用。6.儿童必须在成人监护下使用。7.请将此药品放在儿童不能接触的地方。

【药物相互作用】

如正在使用其它药品，使用本品前请咨询医师或药师。

【药理作用】

本品为抗过敏药物，作用机制为稳定肥大细胞膜，抑制其释放组胺、白三烯、5-羟色胺、缓激肽及慢反应物质等致敏介质，从而预防过敏反应的发生。

【贮藏】

遮光，密封，在阴凉处保存。有效期一年半。

This medicine controls release of chemical mediators such as histamine, and consequently suppresses allergic symptoms.
It is usually used in the treatment of allergic rhinitis (sneeze, runny nose, stuffy nose, itch, etc.).

Effect/Efficacy

This medicine controls release of chemical mediators such as histamine, and consequently suppresses allergic symptoms.
It is usually used in the treatment of allergic rhinitis (sneeze, runny nose, stuffy nose, itch, etc.).

Usage/Dosage

General dosage is as follows:
・In general, apply 1 spray (2.6 mg of the active ingredient) at a time, 6 times a day; at the time of awakening, every about 3 hours in the daytime (4 times), before bedtime. If the symptoms improved, the dose should be decreased following up the state. Strictly follow the instruction.
・The medicine should be used only for spray into nasal cavity. You should never spray into the mouth. ・Read thoroughly instruction for users “How to use the nebulizer” (available only in Japanese).
・If you miss a dose, apply a dose as soon as possible. However if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. You should not apply two doses at one time.
・If you accidentally use more than your prescribed dose, do not worry if you feel nothing special.
・Consult with your doctor or pharmacist just in case.
・Do not stop using this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.

Cautions

Contraindication

●The most commonly reported adverse reactions are following symptoms. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
　　-　rash and nasal irritation

●The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
　　-　breathing difficulty, cold sweat, hives [anaphylactoid symptoms]
