【主要成份】 盐酸丙卡特罗。

【性 状】 本品为白色片。

【适应症/功能主治】 适用于支气管哮喘、喘息性支气管炎、伴有支气管反应性增高的急性支气管炎、慢性阻塞性肺部疾病。

【规格型号】 50μg*100s

【用法用量】 口服。成人：一次50μg，一日1次，睡前服用或一次50μg，一日2次，清晨及睡前服用。6岁以上儿童：

【不良反应】 偶有口干、鼻塞、倦怠、恶心、胃部不适、肌颤、头痛、眩晕或耳鸣。亦可发生皮疹、心律失常、心悸、面部潮红等。

【禁 忌】 对本品及肾上腺素受体激动药过敏者禁用。

【注意事项】 1.有可能引起心律失常，服用时应予注意。 2.以下患者慎服：甲状腺机能亢进、高血压、心脏病、糖尿病。
请仔细阅读说明书并遵医嘱使用。

【儿童用药】 早产儿、新生儿、乳儿和幼儿服用的安全性尚未确立，慎用。

【老年患者用药】 应慎用或遵医嘱。

【孕妇及哺乳期妇女用药】 妊娠期服用本药的安全性尚未确立，所以对孕妇或有可能妊娠的妇女应权衡利弊方可服用。

【药物相互作用】 1.本药与肾上腺素及异丙肾上腺素等儿茶酚胺类并用时会引起心律失常、心率增加，故应避免与上述药物并用。 2.并用茶碱类药时，可增加舒张支气管平滑肌作用，但不良反应也增加。3.避免与单胺氧化酶抑制剂及三环类抗抑郁药同时应用。

【药物过量】 尚不明确。

【药理毒理】 本品为β2受体激动剂，对支气管平滑肌的β2肾上腺素受体有较高的选择性，从而起到舒张支气管平滑肌的作用；还具有一定的抗过敏作用和促进呼吸道纤毛运动。

【药代动力学】 口服5分钟内开始起效，1.5小时左右作用最强，可持续6~8小时，消除半衰期（t1/2）为8.4小时。总尿中排泄量为10.3%±2.4。

【贮 藏】 遮光，密封保存。

Usage/Dosage

〇 General dosage
　●　For adults, take 1 tablet (50 mcg of active ingredient) at a time once daily before bedtime or twice daily in the morning and before bedtime.
　● The dosage may be adjusted according to your disease, age, or symptoms.
　● Strictly follow the instructions of your doctor and pharmacist.

〇 If you miss a dose, take the dose as soon as you remember it. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and follow your regular dosing schedule. You should never take two doses at one time.
〇 If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
〇 Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.

Cautions

Contraindication

〇 The most commonly reported adverse reactions are following symptoms. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.

　　　-　palpitation, tachycardia, tremor, headache, nausea/vomiting, rash and itch.

〇 The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.

- cold sweat, decreased blood pressure, respiratory distress [shock]
- swelling around the eyes or mouth, hives, respiratory distress [anaphylaxis]
- lasｓitude, respiratory distress, dry mouth [serious decrease in serum potassium]
