This medicine is a penicillin antibiotic that exhibits antibacterial activity stabilized by β-lactamase inhibitory effect. And this medicine shows bactericidal effect to inhibit cell wall synthesis of a variety of bacteria that cause diseases (infections).
Usually, used for treatment of various infectious diseases such as skin infections, respiratory tract infections, otolaryngology infections. Not effective against fungal/virus infection.

Usage/Dosage
In general, for adults, take 1 tablet [375mg (titer) of sultamicillin] at a time 2 to 3 times a day. The dose should be adjusted according to your disease, age and symptoms. Strictly follow the instructions.
Take it with a large amount of water as much as a full glass of water and avoid taking just before going to bed. (Esophageal retention of this medicine for a long time may cause ulcer.)
If you miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as possible. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. You should never take two doses at one time.
If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.
Cautions
Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
If you have: infectious mononucleosis, renal impairment.
If you or your family members have allergic predisposition such as bronchial asthma, rash and hives.
If you do not have enough food/nutrition.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Keep out of the reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.
Discard the remainder. Do not store them.
Contraindication
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include diarrhea/loose stool, erythema multiforme (redness of skin), angioedema (swelling of face or throat), rash, hives and itch. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
breathing difficulty, generalized hot flashes, hives [shock]
high fever, redness of skin, stomatitis [Stevens-Johnson syndrome]
decreased urination output suddenly, swelling of hands/feet and face, malaise [acute renal impairment]
easy to bleed and hard to stop it, bruise, malaise [hematological disorder]
abdominal pain, frequent diarrhea with mucus/bloody stool [hemorrhagic colitis]
