英文名称：Pemirolast Potassium Tablets

【成份】

9-甲基-3-（1H-5-四氮唑基）-4H-吡啶并[1，2-α]嘧啶-4-酮钾

【适应症】

用于过敏性鼻炎、支气管哮喘。

【用法用量】

过敏性鼻炎：成人一次5mg（1片），一日2次，早饭和晚饭后口服，疗程4周。
支气管哮喘：成人一次10mg（2片），一日2次，早饭和晚饭后口服，疗程6周。

【不良反应】

中枢神经系统：嗜睡、困倦、头痛。
消化系统：恶心、呕吐、腹痛、便秘、腹泻、口渴、口腔炎、胃痛、消化不良、软便等。
血液系统：偶见血小板增加，血红蛋白减少。
过敏：有时出现瘙痒，偶见皮疹、荨麻疹、面部潮红。
肝脏：偶见谷丙转氨酶（ALT）和谷草转氨酶（AST）升高。
肾脏：偶见蛋白尿。
其它：偶见全身关节痛、鼻腔干燥感、鼻痛。

【禁忌】

妊娠及哺乳期妇女禁用。

【注意事项】

1 本品不同于支气管扩张剂、皮质激素和抗组胺药，不是使已经发作的症状迅速减轻的药物，使用时应注意。
2 支气管哮喘患者用药过程中如出现大发作，必要时服用气管扩张剂或皮质激素。
3 对于长期服用皮质激素治疗的患者，由于服用本品而对皮质激素减量时，须逐步进行。已减量的患者，在中止服用本品后，可能再度复发。
4 出现副作用时，可减量或停药。
5 对于季节性发作的患者，应考虑在好发季节之前服用该药，直到好发季节结束。

【特殊人群用药】

儿童注意事项：
小儿支气管哮喘治疗可使用本品。对于小儿，通常按下述年龄组的一次口服量，一日2次，早饭后和晚饭后（或就寝前）服用。但可根据年龄及症状适宜地增减。 年 龄 一次口服量 5-11岁 1片 11岁以上 2片 本品对小儿过敏性鼻炎的使用尚不明确。

妊娠与哺乳期注意事项：

　　妊娠及哺乳期妇女禁用。

老人注意事项：
一般情况下，高龄患者生理机能低下，易产生副作用，发现副作用时，需减量（例如半量）或停药。

【药物相互作用】

尚不明确。

【药理作用】

本品由于抑制肌醇磷酸脂代谢而抑制化学介质的释放，对细胞外Ca2＋的内流及细胞内Ca2＋的释放具有抑制作用；同时也抑制花生四烯酸的释放及磷酸二脂酶活性，使环化腺苷酸（cAMP）的水平增加；在体外具有松弛支气管平滑肌的作用。

This medicine has antihistaminic effect and suppresses the action of histamine and inflammatory materials which cause allergy and relieves the hypersensitivity of tissues such as airway or nasal mucosa. It consequently improves allergic symptoms.
It is usually used to treat bronchial asthma and allergic rhinitis. However, it is not a medicine for relief of asthmatic attack and symptoms which has already developed.

Usage/Dosage

For Bronchial asthma
In general, for adults and children older than eleven take 2 tablets (10 mg of Pemirolast potassium), for children under eleven take 1 tablet (5mg) at a time twice a day, after breakfast and supper (or before bedtime).
For allergic rhinitis
In general, for adults (5 mg of Pemirolast potassium) at a time, twice a day, after breakfast and supper (or before bedtime).
The dosage may be adjusted according to disease, age and symptoms of the patient. Strictly follow the instructions.
If you miss a dose, take a dose as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and follow your regular dosing schedule. You should never take two doses at one time.
If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.

Cautions

Contraindication

Possible adverse reactions to this medicine：
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include frequent urination, miction pain, hematuria, cystitis-like symptom such as feeling of residual urine, edema, erythema multiforme, rash, hives, transient loss of consciousness and sleepiness. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
