During this time, it’s important to take a prenatal vitamin that helps alleviate morning sickness while replenishing the nutrient demands of your body and growing baby—and that’s why each capsule of Stage 1 contains 1000 mg of Premium Grade Ginger to soothe the stomach, and 800 mcg of Folate to prevent neural tube defects without causing nausea or constipation. It also contains the just right amount of iron to give your body what it needs in this stage, because too much iron can also be a cause for nausea.
Stage 1 capsules also contain 5000 IU of Vitamin A as Beta-Carotene, which is a powerful and safe antioxidant, along with 17 other key vitamins and minerals, so you can feel at ease that your body and baby are getting the nutrients they need.
