推荐剂量：（成人）每天服用一（1）粒。在服用其他药物之前或之后服用几个小时。随食物服用

每粒胶囊的药用成分：
维生素C（抗坏血酸）60毫克
叶酸（叶酸）400微克
维他命B12（氰钴胺）8微克
铁（双甘氨酸铁（II））28毫克

非药用成分：交联羧甲基纤维素钠、磷酸二钙、明胶、硬脂酸镁、甘露醇、微晶纤维素、二氧化硅

Iron is an essential mineral that helps to transport oxygen throughout the body, by helping form red blood cells and keeping them in proper functioning shape. It also helps to prevent iron deficiency anemia.

Recommended Dosage: (Adults) Take one (1) capsule once a day. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Take with food.

Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 8 mcg
Iron (iron (II) bisglycinate) 28 mg.

Non-medicinal ingredients: Croscarmellose Sodium, Dibasic Calcium Phosphate, Gelatin, Magnesium Stearate, Mannitol, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Silicon Dioxide.
